 Somewhat a miserable spring day. Starting off cold w/ intermittent rain through out the day. A warm front came through mid morning and temps ramped up and intermittent rain continued. In the evening, two wave of T-storms came through with plenty of lightning & strong winds. There were two period with the rate exceeding 1.2"/ hour for about 15 minutes each.
